About this position


Are you interested in a career in a dynamic and growing company, and looking for a new challenge? Take part in the Mazars adventure and join our team as Manager Digital Transformation for our Outsourcing team (entry date to be defined).

Your tasks

  • Facilitating brainstorming sessions and working groups with all stakeholders to identify the possible contributions for digital transformation.
  • Management of several projects to support teams to optimize and automize financial digital processes.
  • Creation and deployment of data processing workflow ensuring streamlined operation (draft requirements, prioritize and monitor implementations).
  • Conduct tests phases, field training sessions and share best practices across teams.
  • Work directly with clients (external and internal) mainly on accounting & payroll projects.

Profile:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic background with a specific focus on digital innovation.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 23 years' experience especially in outsourcing advisory field or related.
  • Strong command of English and French (both oral and written).
  • Excellent presentation (written and oral) as well as project management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of modern office software and business intelligence (including MS 365, PowerBI, Tableau) to effectively manage projects and communicate within the team.
  • Exposure to RPA, OCR, BI, consolidation tools and process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio or Signavio.
  • Real capacity to engage with people and create trustful relationships.
  • Motivated to work in an international and entrepreneur environment.
  • Client focused and serviceoriented approach, anticipating needs.
  • Ability to work with numbers, demonstrating quantitative analytical skills.
  • Flexibility, resilience and availability, capable to deliver under pressure with short deadlines.
