Tasks

Your Commitment will include

Guide team members on Agile values, principles, practices, and processes while considering team and organizational maturity levels
Manage and track development and testing phase progress KPIs in the Scrum lifecycle (e.g., Burndown chart, data analysis)
Assist the Product Owner and technical teams in developing release plans that include release dates and associated scope
Assist the Product Owner in product backlog management, which is continually evolving, and help the team prioritize tasks during sprint planning
Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Retrospective
Participate in Scrum of Scrums meetings to ensure collaboration among teams
Facilitate discussion, independent decisionmaking, and conflict resolution
Work closely with the project manager
Proactively identify and resolve obstacles to achieve objectives
Help achieve effective communication, improved transparency, information dissemination and foster a Team mindset
Help the team improve and simplify processes for reaching objectives
Ensure key information (such as significant milestones) is shared with the Product Owner and technical teams
Actively contribute to the company's Agile community
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders and undertake administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing retrospective reports, developing and delivering quality presentations

Requirements:

Achieving the difference requires

Bachelors or master's degree in computer science and / or engineering or equivalent training
Certified Scrum Master and proven previous experience as a Scrum Master (including for Nearshore teams)
Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Good understanding of software delivery lifecycles, including change management in Agile methodologies
Practical experience in software development projects/programs or complex system implementation (e.g., ERP, CRM, etc.)
Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and time management skills
Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with multilevel stack solution architectures
Willingness to do administrative work (e.g. organizing meetings, preparing retrospective reports, developing and delivering quality presentations)
Languages: Fluent in French and English, minimum B2 level.
