- Définir et coordonner la stratégie relative aux services de base OT ainsi que la mise en œuvre de ces derniers avec les responsables du programme SA-CH et les instances supérieures
- Concevoir et développer les services de base OT et les transférer dans l'exploitation
- Promouvoir et développer la standardisation des services de base OT en collaboration avec les partenaires internes et externes
- Considérer, valider et hiérarchiser les exigences concernant les services de base OT et assurer leur meilleure mise en œuvre possible
- Diplôme d'études supérieures en informatique ou électrotechnique, ou formation équivalente
- Expérience avérée de la gestion de projets ou des services dans les domaines des systèmes de communication, des systèmes d'information ou des systèmes de gestion et de commande, complétée si possible par une certification Hermes et ITIL (niveau B/C)
- Compétences techniques et personnelles pour mener et évaluer des projets interdisciplinaires technologiques et de gestion dans le domaine des infrastructures critiques
- Compétences techniques pour diriger des équipes interdisciplinaires, aptitude à négocier dans une langue officielle et bonnes connaissances d'une deuxième langue officielle et de l'anglais
- Connaissances approfondies des nouvelles technologies d'information et de sécurité ainsi que de leur adaptation et application
