You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via various channels
- Handling customer bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Providing information about our services and assisting customers in making informed decisions about their travel plans
About you:
- Proven Expertise in
Swiss Travel and Tourism: - Fluency in English
Contract Details:
This is a
60-80% contract position.

Up to CHF50.00 per hour
