About the opportunity:
We're expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us. As a member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via various channels
  • Handle customer bookings, changes, and cancellations
  • Provide information about our services and assist customers in making informed decisions about their travel plans
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure uptodate customer data in our systems

About you:

  • Fluent knowledge of French and German languages
  • Good knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet client requirements and expectations
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
From CHF23.60 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
