On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile to join the Boutique in Zürich:CLIENT ADVISOR / HIGH JEWELLERY BRAND / Zürich
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide an High quality customer service and enhance clienteling experience in order to achieve sales targets
- Enrich the client portfolio engaging new customers by introducing them to brand values with cusomized advice
- Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
- Sales management
- Visual Merchandising
- Provide after sales services/back office activities
- Contribute to the store and service KPI's achievement
- Perform CRM activities as Store Manager's instructions.
- At least 47 years experience in the same role for Jewellery / Watches Luxury Brands
- Strong selling skills and results oriented
- Fluent in German/Swiss German and English.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
