For our client, a fast-growing luxury brand, part of esteemed and renowned international luxury group, we are recruiting the following profile:

EYEWEAR DESIGNER / LUGANO

Duties and Responsibilities:_
Working directly under the senior eyewear designer understanding project requirements and concepts
Working collaboratively with the eyewear designer team to execute design presentation and specific design project assigned
Working on new color palette proposal adapted to each brand request
Study of the existent collections and proactive design proposal for future evolution
Working collaboratively with the eyewear designer team to execute new design collection definition, color proposal, new material, new process to bring into the collection
Work on graphic presentation to help preparing and managing the development of the several collections
Use various techniques to create drafts, color, presentation, handmade sketch, 3d rendering
Creating original vectorbased print/pattern finishes and working with product line managers to develop new solutions for our future and upcoming collections
Maintaining calendar/timelines/deadlines that result in a timely completion of each product and/or collection
Working collaboratively with the logistic team to communicate calendar/timeline/deadlines of production
Analysis of fashion and eyewear trends
Requirements:_

Bachelor's Degree in Product Design/Fashion Design/Engineering. Master's degree in
Product Development is a plus skill.

At least 1 year of experience as a Junior Eyewear Designer:

Experience with design software and graphics editing tools is mandatory (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Fluency in English (mandatory at least a B2-C1 level):

3D modelling software & rendering (e.g. Rhinoceros, Key-shot and Autodesk) will be considered as plus
Good Knowledge of eyewear product and market
Understanding of material composition, coloring techniques and industrial process linked to the eyewear industry and understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
Aesthetic presentation skills
Teamwork skills, Time management and multitasking abilities
Creativity skills and problemsolving aptitude
