On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a luxury Company leader in the Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile, to lead and manage their store in Zurich
:

STORE MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND / ZURICH
- _Duties and responsibilities:

_

Responsible to guarantee operative functioning of the store and correct management of sales resources, merchandise in order to contribute of achieving company goals
Lead and manage a high performing store team
Through successful recruitment, onboarding and training
Business development
Guarantee financial results of the store through strong local network
Manage KPI and propose action plans
Reports of sales and Planning
Stock management and personnel costs
Qualified degree
5/8 years of experience in a Managerial role
German native or fluent
Fluent in English
Experience in KPI, sales analyses and reports
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure
