    Agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005 and specialized in the industry. We work in the Life Science, Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation, Chemicals sectors.

    As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.

    You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what's behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client's portfolio.

    Vos missions

    The Project Engineer will manage various modification, improvement, and new construction projects at a biotechnological production site:

    1. Preliminary Study: Needs analysis, feasibility assessment, technical solution research, and functional scheme development.
    2. Mechanical Design: Impact assessment, specification drafting, sizing of equipment (pipes, pumps, valves) suitable for pharmaceutical and biotechnological production environments.
    3. Project Management: Collaboration with suppliers, activity planning, budget monitoring, procurement management, and reporting.
    4. Contribution to the development of qualification and validation plans for projected installations, as well as drafting qualification protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), validation (PV), and user training, if necessary.
    5. Definition of documentary requirements to ensure traceability of technical changes in accordance with GMP standards and internal procedures (welding logs, material certificates, etc.).
    6. Work Supervision: Activity monitoring, commissioning, functional testing, installation acceptance, and management of external stakeholders.
    7. Project Closure: Updating technical documentation, procedures, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and finalization of closure forms.

    Vos compétences

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or another technical field.
    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in investment project management at a production site (pharmaceutical, chemical, or potentially agri-food).
    • Knowledge in process equipment sizing.
    • Fluent in French and English.
    • Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit.
