Eine spannende Position mit der Möglichkeit, die bestehenden Wealth Management Erfahrungen in den Risk Management Gebieten zu KYC/ AML, Cross-Border und Investor Protection zu vertiefen.

    Ihre Herausforderung:

    • Übernahme von Verantwortung für die Planung und Durchführung von Kontrollen und Nachprüfungen
    • Sicherstellung effektiver und empfängergerechten Reporting-Aktivitäten an das Private Clients Management
    • Kommunikation von Kontroll-Resultaten an Vertreter der Front Organisation
    • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung einer effektiven Kontroll-Governance für Vontobel's internationale Tätigkeiten im Bereich Private Clients
    • Koordination und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern wie Private Clients Front, Compliance, Non-Financial Risk und Audit
    • Unterstützung der Risk Management & Governance Leitung sowie der Private Clients Market Heads
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Front Organisation als Fachstelle für die Durchführung von First Line Controls

    Ihre Qualifikation:

    • Abgeschlossenes Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium bzw. gleichwertige bankfachliche Aus- und Weiterbildung
    • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Risk Management in der Bankenbranche, vorzugsweise aus einer «First Line of Defense»-Funktion im Wealth Management Umfeld
    • Kenntnisse der (Front-)Kernprozesse einer Bank sowie regulatorischer Themenstellungen wie z. B. VSB, GwG, Cross-Border, MiFID II, FIDLEG etc.
    • Spezifische Fachkenntnisse bezüglich operationeller Risiken, Key Risk Indikatoren und dem Testen und der Dokumentation von Kontrollen
    • Proaktive, engagierte, belastbare und flexible Person mit gewinnendem und sicherem Auftreten, ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einem gesunden Durchsetzungsvermögen
    • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift)
