    Beschreibung

    In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für Planung, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Typ- und Stückprüfungen für Prototypen von elektrischen Maschinen und Systemen höchster Leistungsdichte, Highspeed und Sonderanwendungen sowie Unterstützung der Serienprüfung und Serienüberwachung.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Prüfungen und Synchron- und Asynchronmotoren inklusive Steuerungen an Lastmaschinen
    • Eigenständige Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von Prüfbedingungen, Prüfplanen, gestalten der Termin- und Ressourcenplanung für den Laborbetrieb
    • Mitarbeit bei der Weiter- und Neuentwicklung von Antriebssystemen und an neuen Methoden zur Verbesserung der Charakterisierung von Elektromotoren und Systemen durch messtechnische Untersuchungen
    • Eigenständiger Aufbau von Prüfständen und Versuchssystemen
    • Inbetriebnahme von Steuerungen und Frequenzumrichtern im Labor und in den Kundenanwendungen
    • Eigenständige Auswertung und Analyse der Versuchsergebnisse, Dokumentation und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
    • Bei Störungen unterstützen des technischen Services und der Fertigung mit dem Ziel einer schnellen Wiederaufnahme der Prüftätigkeiten
    • Technische Unterstützung des Vertriebs und beim Kunden
    • Verantwortung für die Wartung und Kalibrierung der Prüfstände und Messeinrichtungen

    Ihre Qualifikationen

    • Ingenieur (ETH/TU/FH), Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften (bevorzugt Mechatronik, Regelungstechnik oder Elektrotechnik)
    • Mehrjährige praktische und theoretische Erfahrung in der Messung und Regelung von elektrischen Antrieben, abgeschlossene Lehre als Elektromechaniker, Elektroniker, Anlagenbauer/Automatiker oder Apparatebauer von Vorteil
    • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der physikalischen Grundlagen von elektrischen Maschinen, deren Betriebsverhalten sowie deren Vermessung
    • Umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Mess- und Regelungssoft- und Hardware. Kenntnisse in der Inbetriebnahme und Programmierung von Frequenzumrichtern, LabView Kenntnisse von Vorteil
    • Kenntnisse der elektrotechnischen Normen und Bestimmungen für Prüf- und Messverfahren, zB. Nach IESC, VDE, IEEE, IL, ANSI sind von Vorteil
    • Selbständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Termin und Kostenbewusstes Arbeiten sowie analytisches Denken, teamfähig, kommunikativ, zuverlässig mit einer starken hands-on Mentalität
