    Beschreibung

    We are looking for Senior Data Engineer to join our growing team in Switzerland

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and optimize queries in SQL for efficient data retrieval and manipulation
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs
    • Perform data aggregation and transformation tasks, merging data from multiple tables into designated tables for reporting and analysis purposes
    • Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functionally to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the data warehouse
    • Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues, ensuring high availability and data integrity
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data engineering
    • Proven experience as a SQL Database Developer or a similar role
    • Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries
    • Experience in designing and implementing data aggregation and dashboarding
    • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
    • Familiarity with data modeling, indexing, and optimization techniques
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic cross-functional team environment

    Requirements:

    • Strong experience in data curation/aggregation/preparation in SQL/Oracle
    • Experience with SQL warehouse and developing applications on SQL
    • Dashboarding experience,complex representation and slicing for technical and end users

    Nice to Have:

    • Python scripting (strongly preferred)
