- sie verfügen über ein studium als architekt, eine weiterbildung als bautechniker oder über eine abgeschlossene ausbildung als hochbauzeichner / zeichner architektur oder haben eine bauhandwerkliche ausbildung z.b. als zimmermann oder maurer absolviert (m/w/d)
- ein versierter umgang mit cad-programmen (vorzugsweise vectorworks) sowie eine professionelle kommunikation mit bauherren und fachplanern wird vorausgesetzt
