- Ensuring the maintenance of our property with our maintenance leader
- Optimizing the investments and operational costs
- To build local autonomy with the city leader and the store leader
- To help the team grow by promoting training, support, and local decision-making
- To contribute to the profitable growth of Decathlon,
- Be the country referent regarding the customer relationship (cash tills),
- You must have similar experience, as a store operations manager
- You have acquired knowledge on technical subjects (e.g. electronic marking)
- Multilingual skills, especially French and German
- Curious, attention to details
- Likes to take initiative and to measure their performances
- Natural challenger, able to think out of the box
- Responsible and confident in making decisions
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams : project management skills

Context :
Our Swiss project saw the light of day in 2016 with the arrival of our website in the region and accelerated with the opening of our first store in Neuchâtel in 2017. Since then, the project has grown significantly and today we have nearly 1'000 employees working in our 5 sectors (Logistics & Supply, E-Commerce, Finance, HR, Communication and Retail) serving 33 stores (3 openings in the last 6 months).
We are growing fast to deliver an ambitious project: to open new stores every year for the next 4 years. We must therefore complete and enrich our teams with profiles that are 100% customer-oriented, responsible, positive and equipped with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
