    Das Park Hotel Vitznau wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail für höchste Komfortansprüche umfangreich renoviert. Die Perle am Vierwaldstättersee liegt direkt am Seeufer, umgeben von einem weitläufigen Park. Hier, wo sich Nostalgie und Moderne perfekt vereinen, finden Sie eine Oase für alle Sinne, einen Platz der Ruhe in geschützter Privatsphäre. Hochgenuss, Exklusivität und Erholung in beeindruckender Natur zwischen See und Rigi erwarten unsere anspruchsvollen Gäste im luxuriösen Suiten Hotel und so wurden wir auch im August 2014 von Gault Millau als Hotel des Jahres ausgezeichnet. Jede der 47 Residenzen, Suiten und Junior Suiten ist einzigartig. Im Hotelgebäude integriert ist auch die Rehabilitationsklinik "CERENEO", welche führend ist in Neurologie und Rehabilitation, spezialisiert auf die Genesung nach einer Hirnverletzung oder -erkrankung. Das Hotel erbringt alle Hospitality Dienstleistungen für die Klinik.

    In unseren Restaurants, PRISMA Expérience, focus ATELIER (18 Gault Millau Punkte, 2 Michelin Sterne), Grill Restaurant & Seeterasse (15 Gault Millau Punkte) und der Verlinde Bar werden unsere Gäste kulinarisch verwöhnt.

    Deine Skills
    • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie (Hotelfachschulabschluss von Vorteil)
    • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position gesammelt
    • Du hast eine Affinität für IT-Systeme
    • Du kommunizierst fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
    • Du arbeitest strukturiert und bist ein Organisationstalent
    Deine Mission
    • Du pflegst den Kontakt zu den Bestands- und Neulieferanten
    • Du unterstützt unseren Purchasing Manager in der Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von neuen Abläufen und der Einkaufsstrategie
    • Du bist zuständig für die Warenbestellung von Getränken, Verbrauchsmaterial und Kleininventar für die gesamte Unternehmung (Non Food)
    • Du bist verantwortlich für die Annahme aller F&B Materialien und des Verbrauchsmaterials für das Housekeeping
    • Du machst tägliche Warenkontrollen und Warenausgaben
    • Du pflegst das Einkaufs- und Kassensystem (KOST / MATRIX)
    • Du unterstützt das F&B administrativ und sporadisch an der Front
