We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant to support the Director of Corporate Development.

This position involves a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including contract management, correspondence handling, expense management, creating and processing invoices, as well as providing assistance throughout the purchasing and sales processes.

The role also requires handling various ad hoc administrative and organizational tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
Managing administrative tasks such as contract processing, correspondence handling, and expense management. Creating and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments. Providing support of the Director throughout the purchasing and sales processes. Handling various ad hoc administrative tasks efficiently.
