- Implémenter une stratégie achats selon la stratégie de la société,
- Analyser les besoins du marché et de l'entreprise dans le respect des réglementations relatives aux dispositifs médicaux,
- Sourcer et sélectionner les fournisseurs et les produits pour les besoins de notre production (matières premières, articles de conditionnement et packaging),
- Gérer les appels d'offres, de la négociation des prix, services et délais, jusqu'à la rédaction les contrats afférents,
- Gérer la performance des fournisseurs stratégiques,
- Saisie et suivi des commandes si nécessaire
- Reporting et suivi budgétaire ; définition et suivi de Kpi's Achats et qualité,
- Communication interne et externe en français et anglais,
- Maintenir la base des données SAP (données articles, fournisseurs etc),
- Participer aux projets de développements des nouveaux produits,
- Conduire les audits fournisseurs en collaboration avec le département qualité Elaboration et mise en place d'amélioration de processus,
- Visites des fournisseurs en Suisse et Europe,
- Toute autre mission particulière qui pourrait vous être confiée par la direction.
- Formation de base : Brevet Fédéral ou équivalent,
- Expérience professionnelle requise : 10/15 années en achats,
- Expérience dans le milieu Medical Devices et/ou Pharma serait un plus
- Expérience en gestion d'équipe.
