As a Storekeeper, you will assist the Purchasing manager with day-to-day tasks and take part in the purchasing process as well as any handling work involved.
Main duties:
- Answering the phone for the purchasing office.
- Carrying out daily stock withdrawals (wine and mineral cellars, food and nonfood commissaries), as requested by hotel's departments.
- Placing orders (food, nonfood and minerals) with suppliers.
- Entering delivery notes into the IT system (Materials Control) and filing them according to our standards.
- Putting away deliveries of goods in the storage areas.
- Carrying out inventories and entering them into the IT system.
- Managing the economat's office in the absence of the Purchasing Director.
Prerequisites:
- Experience in the luxury hotel industry (experience as a Storekeeper is an asset).
- Fluent in French and in English, oral and written expression. Mastering a third foreign language is highly desirable.
- Impeccable presentation.
- Good command of IT tools.
Employment rate:
at 50%, half-day work.
