You report to the Head of Media Intelligence.
As a
Productivity Manager in the Media Intelligence Team at Dentsu Media, you coordinate productivity analyses for clients and price proposals for pitches.
In this role, it is important to understand the contractually agreed goals and measurement methods and to communicate them internally to the departments involved.
In addition to internal coordination - ensuring that analyses are completed on time and correctly - audits are also part of the responsibility.
- Coordination of various agency areas to ensure that the
media purchasing goals agreed with the client are achieved. This includes project management of regular trackings, extensive analysis of the development, and strategic recommendations depending on the development status - Coordination with
international teams:
Contact person for media audit companies and
internal project management for related analyses and inquiries

Detailed analysis of data with agreed methodology (customer-specific)
- Guidance on calculating bases (
benchmarks / adjustment factors)
Guidance & training on understanding productivity goals and mechanisms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a media agency or in auditing (with media clients)
- Experience in planning and purchasing processes for individual media types
- Focus on digital / online media, basic knowledge of traditional media is a plus
- Understanding of purchasing mechanisms as well as media KPIs and their analysis
- Good English and German language skills
- Good Excel skills
