- Communiquer les orientations globales et fixer les objectifs individuels.
- Accompagner, orienter et stimuler les collaborateurs dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs et le développement de leurs compétences.
- Respecter des temps de présence importants au sein de l'atelier pour établir un climat de confiance avec l'équipe, favoriser les échanges et contribuer à la cohésion du groupe.
- Veiller au respect des règles internes, notamment dans le domaine de la sécurité au travail.
- S'assurer du bon fonctionnement organisationnel de l'atelier en utilisant et développant les différents outils d'aide au pilotage et de reporting.
- Gérer l'organisation quotidienne du travail et la répartition individuelle des tâches au sein de l'atelier.
- Maîtriser l'adéquation charge/capacité et anticiper les besoins en force de travail et moyens de production.
- Améliorer, de façon continue, l'organisation du travail et les flux de production en anticipant les évolutions et les nouvelles contraintes opérationnelles, participer à la veille technologique.
- Formation Supérieur (HES ou EPFL ou équivalent) + formation en Management un plus
- Expérience en management de production ou gestion d'atelier de fabrication dans un milieu industriel
- Expérience professionnelle en Suisse indispensable
- Leadership naturel, écoute et empathie
- Aisance dans les contacts humains et la communication
- Capacité à développer des relations de travail basées sur l'exigence et la confiance
- Exemplarité et engagement
- Force de proposition et autonomie dans la prise de décision
