CONTEXT


The product development & 360 expert will be part of an agile ("Scrum" approach) cross-expertise team with the objective to integrate the consumer at the center of each initiative within the Art of Scent Squad, located in our Geneva Head office.

Our Art of Scent team is responsible to develop all the fragranced ranges (except Verbena & Almond) including EDP/EDT and perfumed derivatives (body lotion, shower gel, hand cream ).

She/He will manage, in co-lead with 2 other product development & 360 experts, all the products development and 360 creative assets with a test and learn approach.


MISSIONS

  • Lead strategic recommendations based on deep consumer and market understanding and key KPIs, in line with the brand equity and the Art of Scent Squad vision. Test and validate key topics with the Squad and consumer/BU.
  • Product Development: Offer strong action plans, creative concepts and adapted product lineup in line with BU needs.
Manage in full autonomy the development of hers/his projects:

lead cross-functional development teams (perfumers, R&D, packaging, design...), lead day-to-day product development with rigor, respect deadlines and profitability objectives to ensure a qualitative product delivery.


  • 360 assets: Create & manage the development of 360° campaigns especially on Communication and L&D of animating novelties teaming up with the Brand owner and the creative studio. Lead briefs, concepts and execution. Ensured the consistency of the 360 launch plan to develop country toolkits.
  • Run adhoc sales analysis, consumer & data research, market figures and competition watch to identify opportunities and improve category performance.
  • Comanage one product & 360° intern

PROFILE

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Management or similar;
  • Fluency in French and English is key
  • 3 years' experience in marketing product development / a previous experience in cosmetics especially fragrance is a big plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership;
  • Adaptability & flexibility to be able to deal with ambiguity
  • Problemsolving & entrepreneurial mindset
  • Leadership, at ease with both creative and analytical topics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships at all levels and across functions

Fixed-term contract (maternity leave replacement) until December 31st
