HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Website developments

  • Oversee all website evolutions (3rd parties, features, templates, tools, micro services, digital certificate, etc.) with our main stakeholders (design, eCommerce, product marketing, web agency, IT, Richemont, WCAG, LNR, other Maisons) from gathering business requirements, creating technical brief, to testing, solving issues and implementing
  • Elevate product evolution practice (agile method, wireframes for new developments, business cases, entrepreneurial mindset test and learn, etc.)
  • Oversee, enhance and prioritize roadmap (front, back, markets) and backlog; elevate communication to stakeholders from all hierarchical levels top keep everyone informed on status; develop a post mortem mindset
  • Implement ecommerce roll outs for new markets partnering with eCommerce for requirements, and lead platform evolution while onboarding and briefing internal teams (LNR)
  • Manage agencies; oversee and track expenses

Emerchandising and user experience

  • Oversee customer journey mappings; optimize journey with a mobilefirst mindset
  • Develop personalization, copywriting excellence in CTAs
  • Lead new features (builtin or external), A/B testing and SEO roadmaps to improve engagement, NPS, data capture and conversion rate
  • Manage loading time acceleration (analysis, reporting, improvements)

Analytics

  • Lead monthly digital cockpit reporting with eCommerce and Operations Managers
  • Report on new features KPIs (engagement, business, data capture), as well as SEO, CRM, events, NPS, and A/B tests
  • Lead quarterly NPS meeting to improve experience

Change management

  • Across internal and external stakeholders, ignite an agile, positive, client focused and solution oriented mindset; foster collaboration (360 meetings, etc.)
  • Embody and provoke omnichannel vision while protecting the ECOM business
  • Develop and ignite a structured and STAR mindset
  • Grow and motivate direct and extended teams; embody collaboration spirit and positive leadership

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

  • Experience in evolving a website and managing agencies from both a technical and creative standpoint
  • A sound understanding of main levers of ecommerce, user experience, engagement and conversion
  • A first experience in management, proven experience in igniting passion and leading the change
  • Strong background in data analytics and reporting to challenge the status quo
  • Curious, enterprising, autonomous mindset, strong ownership spirit, good negotiating skills, team player
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Interest in branding to convey our DNA and values in every touch point
  • Experience in tools such as Jira, AB Tasty, Content Square, Google Analytics, Data Studio, SAP will be considered an asset
