    To support the Head of Wealth Solutions with:

    1. Tax Planning and Strategic Actions:

    • Develop and execute effective tax planning strategies for private banking clients to enhance financial outcomes.
    • Keep updated on tax laws and regulations changes to ensure compliance and offer proactive guidance.



    2. Client Advisory Services:

    • Deliver personalized tax advice to high-net-worth clients, addressing their specific needs and financial goals. This includes offering advice on international matters and optimizing wealth transfers.
    • Work closely with Relationship Managers to incorporate tax planning into comprehensive wealth management strategies.



    3. Compliance and Data Reporting:

    • Guarantee adherence to Swiss tax laws and regulations regarding private banking operations.
    • Prepare and review tax documentation, ensuring precision and meeting deadlines.
    • Educate clients on tax-related topics and updates.




    Minimum Requirements:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related area. Possession of legal certifications or ongoing legal studies is advantageous.
    • Preferably, 1-2 years of background as a paralegal or in a legal support capacity.
    • Experience or familiarity with tax and LPP pension planning is highly beneficial.
    • Proficiency in MS Office software.
    • Proficiency in French and English required; proficiency in German is a significant asset.

    • Robust organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize duties effectively.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage substantial projects.
    • Skilled in legal research and analysis.
    • Familiarity with legal tools and databases.
