lecocqassociate is a boutique corporate and finance regulatory practice established in Geneva in 2007, specialising in selected areas, including regulatory banking, collective investments, corporate finance, regulatory insurance, private equity, reputation management and white collar crime.

lecocqassociate also has a regulatory advisory practice based in Malta as well as a structuring advisory practice in Dubai.

Responsibilities:


Working on banking and finance law, corporate and private equity matters, you will have the opportunity to work alongside specialised lawyers and be part of a dynamic and experienced team.

As part of a growing and dynamic team, you will occasionally assist in developing projects for the lecocqassociate group and be involved in managing exciting projects for the firm - these include cryptocurrency, blockchain, AI and other emerging industries

Key requirements:


  • Swiss bar qualification, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years' post bar exam experience in banking and finance law.
  • Experience in a Swiss law firm in the areas of banking and finance.
  • Native French speaker, fluency in English and strong skills in German as a minimum.
  • Available as soon as possible.
