- Gérer le parc informatique des points de vente VisilabGroup.
- Installation et administration de diverses plateformes, Desktop, serveurs, réseau.
- Installation, maintenance et surveillance proactive des systèmes
- Réaliser des visites de maintenance préventive et d'intervention dans les magasins du réseau
(surveillance des systèmes, détection de problèmes, écoute des besoins, etc.). - Supporter et aider les employés de tous les magasins dans toute la Suisse à l'utilisation des outils
- § Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents selon un SLA spécifique.
- Documenter toute information nécessaire au fonctionnement du service.
- Diverses tâches administratives liées aux interventions sur le terrain.
- Analyse des besoins exprimés par les clients dans le domaine informatique : écoute & compréhension des besoins / rédaction des spécifications liées aux besoins (cahier des charges, plan d'implémentation dun magasin).
- Mise en œuvre des solutions réalisées et accompagnement aux changements : réalisation de tests / paramétrage /support de déploiement (magasin)
- Gestion des demandes de changement (modifications des équipements et accès utilisateurs).
- Sur demande : participer à tout nouveau projet pour y représenter la connaissance technique du service et par une présence active contribuer au succès du projet en question.
- Titulaire d'un CFC d'informaticien ou titre équivalent.
- Permis de conduire valable en Suisse obligatoire.
- Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années (min 2 ans) dans une fonction de support & interventions IT.
- Expérience confirmée dans la conduite de projets «techniques» impliquant fortement des clients (internes / externes).
- Langues : Français (maîtrise) / Allemand (bonnes connaissances, savoir converser et rédiger correctement) / Anglais (connaissance).
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office Word, Excel, MS PROJECT, VISIO).
- Très bonnes connaissances des environnements Microsoft (Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, suite Office, Microsoft 365), pratique d'outils de gestion de services, technique réseau LAN et scripting en PowerShell.
- Connaissances des systèmes de téléphonies.
