    En tant que Cluster Assistant Accounting Receivable 80%, vous serez chargé(e) de superviser et de gérer divers aspects de la comptabilité des débiteurs pour plusieurs départements pour nos établissements de Genève et Lausanne.

    Vos responsabilités principales incluront le suivi et la comptabilisation des transactions financières liées aux activités de l'hôtel, des restaurant, des banquets et des comptes internes. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir l'exactitude et la conformité des données comptables.

    Ce poste sera basé à Genève avec un taux d'activité de 80% (4 ou 5 jours selon votre volonté). Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer à Lausanne 1 fois par mois et en cas d'absence de la manager (remplacement vacances).
    Si vous nous rejoignez, vos missions seront les suivantes :

    •Suivi comptabilité débiteurs : suivi quotidien et réconciliations.

    •Comptabilisation des virements bancaires via Opera Cloud.

    •Gestion des dossiers de remboursements selon nos procédures.

    •Clôture administrative mensuelle en étroite collaboration avec le siège basé à Zürich.

    •Suivi des exonérations de TVA.

    •Contrôle et facturation des groupes loisirs avec les personnes responsables de l'organisation et selon les contrats établis.

    •Contrôle mensuel et réconciliation des paiements effectués par carte de crédit ou en points via notre programme fidélité.

    Vous êtes LA personne que nous recherchons si vous possédez les qualités et qualifications suivantes :

    •Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire ou opérationnel (front office, F&B), de préférence dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie.

    •Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau B2 minimum).

    •Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les équipes opérationnelles.

    •Très bonne maîtrise des systèmes informatiques suivants : Excel, Outlook, Opera Cloud (un atout).

    •Fort esprit d'équipe, d'analyse et force de proposition.
