    Quality Control Production Assistant (m/w/d)

    Zur Verstärkung unseres Quality Control Teams bei Swiss Cosmetics Production (SCP), Mitglied der La Prairie Group, mit Sitz in Berneck SG, suchen wir eine teamorientierte, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Quality Control Production Assistant. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion unterstützen Sie zusammen mit Ihrem Team den Produktionsprozess und fördern die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktqualität. Zudem stellen Sie die Einhaltung der weltweiten Kosmetikgesetze und der internen Richtlinien, Grundsätze und Standards durch das Unternehmen sicher.

    Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

    • Durchführen von Freigaben für die Produktionslinie und Unterstützung der operativen Teams in Qualitätsfragen
    • Identifizieren, bewerten und melden qualitätsbezogener Reklamationen aus dem Produktionsprozess
    • Durchführen von Ursachenanalysen und Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen
    • Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Aufrechterhaltung von Qualitätsstandards in der Produktion
    • Eskalieren qualitätsbezogener Risiken und Erkenntnisse an den Vorgesetzten
    • Erkennen und weitergeben neuer Ansätze zur Verbesserung der Qualitätsprozesse
    • Verantwortlich für die Pflege und Archivierung der gesamten qualitätsbezogenen Produktionsdokumentation und Muster
    • Unterstützen bei der mikrobiologischen Probenahme für alle Materialien und Einrichtungen
    • Unterstützen bei der Wareneingangskontrolle, Freigabe und Prüfplanung der Verpackungsmaterialien (PM)
    • Durchführen allgemeiner Qualitätsaufgaben in Übereinstimmung mit der Guten Herstellungspraxis (GMP-ISO22716), der Guten Laborpraxis (GLP) und den Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

    Ihr Profil:

    • Ausbildung als Laborant EFZ, Lebensmitteltechnologe EFZ etc oder langjährige Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenumfeld mit entsprechenden Weiterbildungen
    • 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Laborbereich in der Kosmetikindustrie oder gleichwertig
    • fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
    • Eine teamfähige, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
