In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by spending time with our customers and connecting the technical and business worlds.


  • You will have the unique chance to be part of the emerging of the drone industry and transforming the way industries and users acquire data faster, larger and more often to support sustainability challenges mapping glaciers, volcanoes and oceans; industry transformations enabling digital twins of large assets such as solar farms, dams, counting threes in forests or reducing the waste created by enabling digital construction and mining.

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in the endtoend management of Wingtra's hardware and field software product portfolio alongside experienced PMs, contributing to product discovery, development, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborating with other Product Managers to gain insights into our target customer segments and their needs through market research and customer interactions.
  • Supporting in gathering and analysing market and competition data, as well as future trends, to deepen our understanding of target customer segments and their requirements.
  • Assisting in product launches and initiatives, working closely with the VP of Products & Marketing and other PMs to identify and maximise business opportunities based on user needs and market demands.
  • Working together with the Application Engineers, Professional Services to deliver the Go-ToMarket plan, and participating in technical and commercial training.
  • Supporting efforts to drive product adoption and user satisfaction, striving to ensure that users engage with and value our products, assisting presales conversations and industry events.
  • Contributing to promoting Wingtra's products and brand in the target market, working alongside more experienced PMs to build brand awareness and loyalty.


These responsibilities will provide you with valuable experience and mentorship as you grow into a more senior Product Manager role within the organisation.

Requirements:


  • Higher education degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 to 4 years Product Management experience, ideally including hardware and software products introductions
  • Willingness to learn fast, be agile and adapt to a broad variety of tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working as an integrator across multiple functions in the company
  • Approx. 30% international travel

Plus:


  • Several years of experience working with product involving hardware and software
  • Previous experience with technologies such as UAS, LIDAR, Photogrammetry, AI
  • Working in an indirect go to market
  • Existing network in industries like construction, GIS, AEC, surveying, mining, land management
  • Experience in Services and Support, Pre Sales or Account Management
  • Startup or Scaleup experience in a central role
