- Protein Production Efficiency, thereby reducing losses due to feed conversion efficiency;
- Animal Health and Welfare, ensuring reduced early mortality and optimal breeding and genetic performance;
- Emissions and Environmental Impact, to limit GHG emissions as well as manure and carcass disposal. We address those three trends through another three distinct but connected mechanisms nicknamed "Win in 3-S" as follows :
- Segments : Identifying the best geography/species/life-stage combinations that yield the highest opportunities for profitable growth, where ADM AN should "play";
- Solutions : Defining the right set of products (including commodity and specialty feeds, premix concepts, commodity and specialty additives) for ADM AN to "win" in its chosen Segments;
- Services : Providing digital and physical services around control, formulation and animal performance will help accompany and elevate the Solutions sales, enhancing customer stickiness performance and profitability. The Role
- Leverage the Segments work to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats to guide strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for Solutions (premix concepts and specialty/commodity feed additives).
- Work with the End-to-End operations and supply chain teams to optimize the distribution of manufacturing and warehousing locations globally.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of new markets, ensuring a strong presence in key regions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the Science & Technology, Customer Design & Development and Marketing Teams to assess and enhance the company's Solutions portfolio through the "Innovation-to-Launch" stage-gate process.
- Analyze market demands and recommend new products or improvements to existing ones.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities to enhance our Solutions capabilities.
- Collaborate with the legal and financial teams to negotiate and finalize acquisition agreements and/or partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in business development within the animal feed or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing business development strategies on a global scale, in particular in matrix organizations using a mix of skills such as inspirational leadership, coalition building and influence through relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of premix and feed additive technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Global Director Growth Solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and diversification of our premix concepts, specialty, and commodity feed additive business on a global scale.
The position reports to the President of Growth & Marketing. Its peers are the VP of Marketing, the Directors of Segments and Services respectively, and the Director of the Transformation office.
The role sits within a matrix organization without direct reports, but the ability to leverage the heads and teams of Marketing and Growth in each of the five regions (EMEA, North America, North LatAm, South LatAm and Asia-Pacific).
