    Vous avez une première expérience en tant que "product development manager" dans le domaine de la cosmétique ?
    Pour notre client, actif dans le domaine de la cosmétiques, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Product Development Manager passionné et créatif (H/F).

    Vos activités chez votre futur employeur

    • Diriger la stratégie de développement produit en alignant les objectifs commerciaux avec les tendances du marché et les attentes des consommateurs.
    • Collaborer avec l'équipe de R&D pour la formulation de nouveaux produits, en veillant à leur efficacité, leur sécurité et leur conformité réglementaire.
    • Coordonner les tests de produits, l'analyse des retours clients et l'ajustement des formulations selon les besoins.
    • Gérer le processus de packaging, en s'assurant que les emballages sont attrayants, fonctionnels et écologiquement responsables.
    • Établir des calendriers de développement et veiller à leur respect pour garantir des lancements de produits en temps voulu.
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe marketing pour développer des stratégies de lancement efficaces et des matériaux promotionnels impactantes.
    • Analyser les performances des produits post-lancement et proposer des améliorations continues.
    Vos atouts pour votre futur employeur
    • Bachelor ou Master en Chimie, Ingénierie Chimique, Marketing, Business ou domaine connexe.
    • Expérience professionnelle significative (minimum 5 ans) dans le développement de produits, dans l'industrie cosmétique.
    • Solide compréhension des processus de formulation et de réglementation des produits cosmétiques.
    • Capacité avérée à travailler en équipe, à communiquer efficacement et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
    • Créativité, sens de l'innovation et passion pour les cosmétiques.
    • Maîtrise de l'anglais
