    In dieser Schlüsselrolle kooperieren Sie sowohl mit C-Level Mitgliedern als auch mit anderen internen und externen Spezialisten zusammen.

    Aufgaben


    Consolidation & Reporting

    • Monatliche Konsolidierung nach IFRS
    • Vierteljährliche und jährliche Gruppenabschlüsse
    • Börsenmeldungen
    • Datenbeschaffung für IR-Aktivitäten
    • Prozessoptimierungen

    Center of Competence

    • Ansprechsperson für Fragen rund um die Rechnungslegung für alle Einheiten weltweit
    • Regelmässiges Update und Training der Accountingstandards
    • Bindeglied zwischen Group Finance und den regionalen Finanzverantwortlichen

    Projects & more

    • Mitarbeit bei M&A-Transaktionen
    • Verantwortung für Internal Control over Financial Reporting
    • Ad-hoc Aufträge seitens Leitung Global Finance & Accounting

    Qualifikation

    • Diplom als eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer / CPA oder Weiterbildung als Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Industrie- oder Handelsbranche
    • Vertiefte IFRS-Kenntnisse, von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen mit dem Konsolidierungsprozess
    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
    • Strukturierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
    • Multikulturelles Fingerspitzengefühl
