ESG Manager - Full Time - Winterthur, Switzerland

Join our Corporate Services team within Group Functions in Switzerland as ESG Manager to help us take ESG the next level.

Sustainability is included in every aspect of Sulzer's business processes. It is put into action through dedicated multi-year programs aiming at driving continuous improvement.

The Group ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance) Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating Sulzer's efforts in this area.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Maintain and further develop existing ESG frameworks and lead implementation, communication and reporting efforts across the company.
Stay uptodate on ESG regulation and ensure groupwide compliance.
Actively manage KPIs around our ESG strategy and ensure goals are met.
Cultivate an internal and external network centered around all things ESG, and stay abreast of latest developments and trends.
Consolidating the nonfinancial / ESG reporting, and coordinate annual publication of Sulzer's Non-Financial Report.
Develop trainings and communication materials around Sulzer's ESG efforts.

What you bring to Sulzer:

Degree in sustainability management, environmental sciences, engineering or business.
68 years of relevant work experience, gathered in either an inhouse or consulting capacity, with exposure to Sulzer's industry and / or markets.
Experienced in project management, managing sustainability KPI's as well as the development and maintenance of sustainability frameworks.
Proficient German and English skills (written and spoken), with the ability to create engaging stories and messages around Sulzer's ESG efforts.
Great team player with global mindset, willing and able to take over responsibility and get things done.
