    Do you want to join our polyvalent team and play a key role in growing an innovative, specialized consulting and engineering services pioneer in MLOps? Do you strongly believe in the business opportunity to apply DevOps to Machine Learning and AI in the Swiss Market?

    If yes, then you may be the managing partner we are looking for to strengthen our team.

    Tasks

    We are looking for a Managing Consultant to strengthen our leadership and who will be:

    • Leading the business development management portfolio by:
    • Building and maintaining high-quality relationships with potential customers and partners
    • Identifying and pursuing opportunities.
    • Scoping and drafting proposals for new engagements.
    • Leading strategic consulting mandates by:
    • Assessing the client's data and AI maturity and identifying needs and use cases.
    • Collaboration with our Architects and Experts in delivering hands-on work on architecting and implementing (technical) solutions.
    • Presenting work to various business and tech stakeholders and top management.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in building and maintaining a business development network for consulting and engineering services.
    • Established network in the Swiss data, ML & AI markets.
    • Passion and motivation to contribute to the success of an innovative consulting entity pioneer in MLOps.
    • Talent in identifying opportunities and transforming them into concrete business opportunities.
    • Talent in building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and team members.
    • Knowledge of system and data architectures, platforms, and other relevant technologies.
    • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

    At Machine Learning Architects Basel (MLAB), we assist and empower people and organizations in designing, building, and operating reliable data and machine learning solutions. In doing so, our 'MLOps journey' and 'Digital Highway' approach enable our customers to operationalize, scale, and continuously deliver data and AI solutions beyond the pilot and prototype stages.

    As part of the Swiss Digital Network (SDN), we are experienced in developing and managing highly reliable software, infrastructure, and transformation projects. This agile consulting network allows us to collaborate with IT architects, engineers, innovation, quality assurance, and culture experts.
