Your Challenge

You actively generate added value for our customers and lead agile software development projects as well as consulting mandates in our diverse portfolio and take responsibility for partly international project teams
You design suitable project structures, set up an adequate project organisation and are responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling digital product developments
In your projects and consulting mandates, you take care of employees, teams and clients, ensure quality, opportunity and risk management and are also responsible for administrative processing, controlling, reporting and invoicing
You have a pronounced handson mentality and are happy to take on project or consulting assignments on site at the customer as a project lead or scrum master

You take on a mentoring and coaching role for employees

Anforderungen:

Your Profile
You are enthusiastic, have good communication skills and enjoy working with different customers, companies and colleagues
You have a high level of service orientation: You ask questions, listen actively and are able to understand and categorise the different needs and move your environment forward in a profitable and goaloriented way
You see change as an opportunity, like challenges and can independently develop comprehensible solutions
You have an agile mindset, a pronounced handson mentality and a high level of team orientation
In addition to sound knowledge in business informatics or business administration (Uni/FH/ETH), you have several years of experience in the implementation and integration of software development projects as well as in the management of agile project teams
You are convinced of agile approaches and have practical experience with methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and have at least one certification in traditional project methods (Hermes, IPMA or PMI)
You have a very good command of English and either German or French fluently

Sprachen:

Please consider, for this position you would need a very good understanding in German orally and written (at least a C1 Level).
