Beschreibung
As a Business Manager within Akkodis, your role is key in our sales development strategy.


You are responsible for developing business within your assigned perimeter, through your general knowledge of our business and your client portfolio.

You participate into the portfolio development by anticipating clients' needs. You lead and motivate the consultant team by providing a close follow-up and career conversation.


Main tasks:

  • Identify / analyse our clients needs and trend
  • Cold canvassing based on clients' targets identified (by themselves or yourself)
  • Offer of a customized approach to our clients
  • Promote our Group's different contract types depending on clients' needs
  • Anticipate the identification of new needs
  • Excellent understanding of the talent acquisition process
  • Manage the entire recruitment process in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team
  • Facilitate career moves within your team by identifying any winwin solution for Akkodis and our clients
  • Optimize consultant's time on projects
  • Conduct project followups, career conversations and take concrete actions to retain our talents within the organization with the support of your N+
  • Proactively take actions to identify solutions to limit our consultants inter project period
  • Manage your P&L and forecast
years ideally in a fast-paced environment such as engineering and consulting, in business management or recruitment

  • Master's degree in business related topics
  • Engineer Diploma with a business field option
