- Planning and coordination of the management fleet
- Important link between clients/crews and our management
- Communication with Airport Authorities worldwide in relation to landing and overflight permissions
- Compilation of computer and ATC flight plans
- Communication via SITA & AFTN systems
- Organization and communication of the ground handling of our aircraft
- Organization of crew rotations
- Compilation of crew briefings
- Supervision of charter clients and fleet during the night shift
- Working in the 24-hour shift operation
- According to internal list "Dispatch Jobs"
- Dispatcher vocational training/technical apprenticeship
- 4 years of work experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of dispatching processes and procedures
- Ability to informally instruct, train, and share knowledge
- Work experience may be substituted for formal training/apprenticeship
- Strong communication skills
- Have a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner to deliver the best experience to customers and colleagues
