    Tasks

    As a trusted partner in organizational excellence, you provide comprehensive support for seamless operations of our digital retailing unit. From diary management to trip planning, meeting facilitation, document handling, bilingual correspondence, IT coordination, and more.

  • Support with all administrative and organizational matters incl. different communication formats
  • Scheduling and managing the diary of your superior and supporting the AG/X leadership team
  • Plan and organize business trips & meetings (internal/external), conferences, workshops including taking minutes
  • Invoice control and approval, expense reports, processing of so-called "flight interventions" in the reservation system
  • Support in infrastructure topics incl. ordering office supplies, future layouts
  • Close coordination and exchange with other assistants in the commercial area of SWISS and within the Lufthansa Group

    Requirements

    Professional team player with communication skills incl. tools like MS Office 365 and open collaboration mode. Service-oriented person with discretion and initiative, motivated to join a dynamic field.

  • Basic commercial education
  • Experience in the field of assistance and/or professional (airline) experience in a commercial area
  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
  • Very good command of the entire MS Office 365 package
  • Service-oriented, organizational talent with assertiveness and initiative
  • Team player with interpersonal skills, high level of discretion and loyalty
  • Knowledge of the Amadeus Altea reservation system is an advantage
