- Identifizieren von sinnvollen Möglichkeiten, Erarbeiten von Analysen und Organisieren von Verbesserungs-Assessments mit den Stakeholdern, der Global Procurement Organisation und anderen Gesellschaften innerhalb der Heineken Gruppe
- Einführen von kostenwirksamen Strategien, Restrukturierung der Lieferantenbasis, Erstellen einer Agenda rund um Ausschreibungen sowie e-auctions
- Verantwortung über lokale Vertragserstellung, Implementierung und Einbettung des Gebrauchs von Globalen Verträgen in Heineken Switzerland
- Gewinnen und Überzeugen von Stakeholder mit Strategien und Plänen
- Optimierung und Ablauf des Purchase to Pay-Prozesses (PtP) sicherstellen und Einhaltung der globalen und lokalen Einkaufsrichtlinien
- Entwicklung des Einkaufsteams in Fähigkeiten und Verhalten zur Erreichung der Einkaufsziele durch das Setzen von Zielen, Coaching und Vorbildwirkung
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Abschluss und Weiterbildung im Bereich Procurement
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf (Supply Chain, Merchandising, POSM, ICT, HR)
in der Konsumgüterbranche - Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Stakeholder-Engagement mit Changerqualitäten für das Einkaufsgeschäft
- Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch, versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP

Sie sind ein Changer mit Organisationstalent, Initiative und den Fähigkeiten zu Optimieren und die richtigen Hebel zu ziehen um die Kostenagenda innerhalb Heineken Switzerland zu treiben. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind Sie eng mit unserer Globalen Einkaufsabteilung (Heineken Global Procurement) verlinkt, vor Ort rapportieren Sie dem Finanzdirektor. Sie liefern wettbewerbsfähige Vorteile durch den effizienten Einsatz von verschiedenen gruppenweiten, aber auch lokalen Deals, die Sie durch einen hohen Standard von Einkauf, Beschaffung und Vertragsaktivitäten sicherstellen.
