- Etablir des budgets, forecasts et autres outils de gestions d'analyses des coûts ESG
- Mettre en place les KPI's spécifique en collaboration avec la taskforce
- Garantir le respect des normes financières liées à l'ESG
- Assurer le reporting ESG à l'attention des différentes parties prenantes
- Mettre en place l'automatisation et l'amélioration de la collecte des données spécifiques
- Former les collaborateurs finance aux enjeux ESG
- Participer aux différentes task-force ESG
- Titulaire d'un Master en finance /économie ou Ingénieur, vous avez un minimum de 8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Vous justifiez également d'une formation complémentaire dans les thématiques du développement durable
- Profil intrapreneur, proactif, orienté solutions et vous avez déjà mis en place des processus ESG
- Les assurances maladie (base et complémentaire) ;
- 5 semaines annuelles de congé avec 2 semaines supplémentaires entre Noël et Nouvel An grâce au cumul quotidien de minutes additionnelles
- Des coachings sportifs individuels et en groupe
- Des contributions à vos activités sportives ou culturelles ainsi qu'aux abonnements encourageant la mobilité douce (CFF par exemple)
