Graduate Trainee in Impact Solutions (18 months)
This position will be based in Geneva for a duration of 18 months.

Your team

You will join a team of 3 persons, multidisciplinary and cross-functional, which will give you the opportunity to interact with multiple entities of the Bank.

Your will benefit from the Bank's move to its new premises in the new business district of Geneva. You will enjoy a modern working environment, allowing after a few months 2 days per week of home office.

Your work day

Ensuring the creation and improvement of tools for the selection and reporting of the responsible offer (i) Provision of extrafinancial criteria to teams (ii) Generation of investment proposals (iii) Production of extrafinancial reports.

This mission requires a good capability to code to VBA.

Participating in the extrafinancial analysis of client portfolios (i) Analyse the extrafinancial quality of clients' portfolios (ii) Produce extrafinancial reports.
Ensuring a media monitoring on responsible investment and contributiong to the promotion of the topic to commercial teams. Raising awareness includes the production of the Sustainability Newsletter (monthly).
Participating in the selection of financial products based on extrafinancial criteria This action involves drafting qualitative comments on the ESG quality of companies.

Your profile
6 months or more of experience (in the field of ESG, responsible investing) including internship and apprenticeship

Minimum Master degree with specialization in Financial markets and/or Engineer

Fluent in French and English
