    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    1. Gather business requirements and respond to customer queries with a solution design approach.
    2. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, fostering a positive team environment.
    3. Actively participate in the design and development activities of project deliverables.
    4. Provide regular reports to internal management on the progress of project deliverables.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum of 7+ years of SAP PS & PPM experience.
    2. Design and deliver SAP solutions in SAP EPPM and PS modules.
    3. Configure SAP PS and EPPM to enable desired business processes.
    4. Expertise in PPM integration points with Project Systems, Internal Orders, HR, CATS, Purchasing, and FICO.
    5. Strong knowledge of PS and CO, including project structure, cost planning, scheduling, and resource management.
    6. Provide support for SAP EPPM module to business users.
    7. Design, build, and maintain SAP EPPM solutions.
    8. Experience with knowledge of project structure and use of Project Systems for Portfolio, Capital, Expense, and Customer type projects required.
    9. Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology.
    10. Good communication skills in English and German are compulsory.

    Desirable Skills:

    1. SAP Certification in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) or Project Systems (PS) desirable.
    2. Minimum 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
    3. Strong knowledge in SAP Project Systems (PS) & Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Modules.
    4. Good integration knowledge with other SAP S/4HANA components (FICO, PP, MM, SD, HCM, PM).
    5. Use of Solution Manager/Focus build as part of the implementation lifecycle is desirable.
