Are you looking for an intriguing part-time role as an administrator to promptly become a part of the Legal and Integrity department at a leading organization? We present an engaging position with the opportunity to contribute to efficient operations in a vibrant setting.


Administrative Assistant (f/m/d) 50%:


Your challenges

  • Collaborate closely with law firms and other departments
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Conduct continuous improvement processes
  • Create purchase requisitions and manage orders
  • Follow up on invoices and estimates with law firms
  • Review invoices according to the guidelines
  • Lead process improvement in procurement
  • Assist in implementing new technologies

Your skills

  • Students, KV graduates and people with some administrative experience are welcome
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Problemsolving skills and systematic approach
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Fluent proficiency in English, additional languages a bonus
  • Good Excel skills
  • Quick learner for new systems like SAP Ariba, Readsoft, and SAP ERP
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Sense of ownership
