Administrative Assistant (f/m/d) 50%:
Your challenges
- Collaborate closely with law firms and other departments
- Ensure timely payment of invoices
- Conduct continuous improvement processes
- Create purchase requisitions and manage orders
- Follow up on invoices and estimates with law firms
- Review invoices according to the guidelines
- Lead process improvement in procurement
- Assist in implementing new technologies
Your skills
- Students, KV graduates and people with some administrative experience are welcome
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Problemsolving skills and systematic approach
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Fluent proficiency in English, additional languages a bonus
- Good Excel skills
- Quick learner for new systems like SAP Ariba, Readsoft, and SAP ERP
- Excellent organizational skills
- Sense of ownership
