- Du wirst Teil unseres dynamischen und agilen Teams von Consultants zur Realisierung von ERP & SAP Projekten mit Fokus auf Strategieentwicklung, Systemevaluation, Migrationen und Transformationen, mit Fokus S/4HANA bei unseren Kunden.
- In diesem Kontext leitest Du komplexe ERP Transformationen auf Stufe Gesamtprojekt oder Teilprojekt und trägst dazu bei, dass die Projekte im Rahmen der definierten Qualität sowie des vorgegebenen Zeit- und Budgetrahmens erfolgreich realisiert werden.
- Dazu koordinierst Du einerseits sämtliche Aktivitäten innerhalb des Projektes oder Teilprojektes. Andererseits stellst Du das Alignment mit den Entscheidungsträgern (Steuerungskomitee) her und gewährleistet die notwendige Transparenz im Projekt.
- Du über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Kontext ERP aus der Beratung, einer internen Projektmanagementabteilung oder aus Implementierungen verfügst.
- Du gleichzeitig Branchenerfahrung aus einer oder mehrerer der nachfolgenden Branchen mitbringst: Industrie, Pharma, Medtech, Handel, Logistik, Energieversorger oder öffentliches Umfeld.
- Du Dich durch sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auszeichnest und über umfangreiche Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Projektmanagement Methoden (klassisch und agil) verfügst.
- Du ein Hochschulabschluss (ETH, Universität, FH) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mitbringst.
