To strengthen our Capgemini Invent team, we are looking for an Intern Change Management (M/F/d)

  • Support of a project team in the implementation support and control of business and IT projects in the area of change management (support of ERP implementations such as SAP S4/HANA) and HR with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR.
  • Take on small independent work packages with a focus on organizational, processrelated, ITrelated and personnel changes.
  • Support the data collection and analysis as well as information gathering.
  • Prepare and implement workshops with our customers.
  • Get to know the consultant skillset and our methods.
  • Your qualifications
  • Academic excellency: pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Psychology, Business, Technology of Information technology with aboveaverage academic performance
  • Industry knowledge: initial practical project experience related to digital transformation from previous internships, trainee positions or from a commercial/technical apprenticeship in one of our focus industries. Initial knowledge in change management, HR strategy, organization, processes, IT and HR sourcing.
  • Consulting experience: first experience in consulting and project management favorable.
  • Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and selfresponsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
  • Digital affinity: high affinity for digital technologies such as SAP /S/4HANA and the interface between HR and IT (HR Cloud). Very good MS Office skills.
  • Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
