    Unser Kunde ist einer der führenden Onlineshop für Informationstechnologie und Unterhaltungselektronik und das grösste Online-Warenhaus der Schweiz.
    Ihr Aufgabenbereich

    - Als Product Owner nutzt du die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens und führst dabei die verschiedenen Aspekte aus Business, Development und UX so zusammen, dass ein kontinuierlicher Mehrwert für den Kunden und das Unternehmen generiert wird
    - Gemeinsam mit einem engagierten Team von Entwicklern, Scrum Master, Analysten und Researchern entwickelst du eine hochwertige, funktionale Suche und sorgst für ein konsistentes und benutzerfreundliches Erlebnis für unsere Kunden
    - Dabei denkst du als Product Owner der Suche unternehmerisch, hast jederzeit eine ganzheitliche Sicht auf das Produkt, den Markt und den Nutzer und hast Lust eine klare Vision und die inhaltliche Ausgestaltung für das Produkt Suche zu verantworten
    - Mit Hilfe von qualitativen sowie quantitativen Informationen über das Nutzungsverhalten sowie Wissen zu Wettbewerbssituation und Technologietrends validierst du Konzepte und entwickelst Lösungen in einem iterativen Prozess
    - Als Product Owner erkennst du die Potentiale, bewertest die Relevanz, priorisierst das Backlog und realisierst die zukunftsfähige und effiziente Umsetzung durch das Scrum-Team Ihr Profil

    - Du hast dein Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik / Informationswissenschaft / Data Science oder auch der Betriebswirtschaft mit Digital Marketing-Fokus erfolgreich abgeschlossen und erste relevante Berufserfahrungen mit Suche-Funktionalitäten im E-Commerce gemacht
    - Idealerweise sind Suche-typische Begriffe wie Recall, Precision, Ranking oder auch Information Retrieval keine Fremdwörter für Dich
    - Du kennst agile Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban und hast Erfahrungen in Cross-Functional bzw. interdisziplinären Teams, da Du als Product Owner bei Digitec Galaxus eine treibende und fest integrierte Rolle innerhalb einem der Entwicklungsteams hast
    - Du besitzt sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hast Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen und bringst ein sehr gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und ihren Denkweisen und Intentionen mit
    - Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie dein gutes Verständnis von Kennzahlen verbindest Du mit einem strukturierten, selbstverantwortlichem und gemeinsamem Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team. Dabei hast du auch ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis wegweisender Technologien, Systemen und Marktentwicklungen
    - Diese Eigenschaften helfen Dir verbunden mit deiner intrinsische Motivation relevante Optimierungspotentiale kontinuierliche aufzuspüren und darauffolgende Initiativen zu konzipieren Ihre Chance
