  • Within the Global Client Excellence team we are seeking a Global Business Manager to help us with the governance of the global client engagement process at Vontobel Asset Management, both in terms of quality assurance and best practice execution. The team supports and guides all client regions and investment boutiques, constantly searching for improvements in areas of client engagement, sales process efficiency and robustness.
    Your Opportunity
  • This is an entrepreneurial role with significant scope to create value. A genuine passion for organizational and structural work is essential as well as the desire to work within a team.
  • Coordination and participation in strategic initiatives and projects, as well as handling various adhoc assignments.
  • Provision of quantitative and qualitative analyses as the basis for management decisionmaking.
  • Coordination and collaboration in crossfunctional tasks and projects, closely partnering with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Creation of managementlevel presentations.
  • Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce costs.
  • Assist in managing budgetary processes, including monitoring, across Human Resources, Finance, and Controlling.
  • Oversee risk assessment and risk management processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Serve as contact for any inquiries or requests from Legal & Compliance, including ongoing controls.
  • Act as the first line of defense for crossborder requests, including the necessary reporting and control measures.

Your Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree (university or university of applied sciences)
  • A minimum of 35 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in the same or a similar position within Asset Management or Banking
  • Conceptual and analytical strengths coupled with resultsoriented problemsolving skills
  • Highly independent, proactive, efficient, and accurate work approach combined with excellent organizational abilities
  • Dynamic, resilient, and flexible personality with a winning and confident appearance and outstanding communication skills
  • Experienced in project management combined with proactive solution thinking
  • Ability to understand strategy and link it with implementation
  • Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent German and English language skills (verbal and written)
