- You are primarily responsible for our support channel "bexio-Chat" facilitated by our community.
- You oversee our community from A-Z - from recruitment to training to regular exchanges and quality management.
- You ensure that our community has all necessary information to provide excellent, efficient, and high-quality support (release communication, webinars, etc).
- You keep a close eye on all key performance indicators (KPIs) and can implement appropriate measures at any time to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- You are also responsible for our help center on the website, ensuring that all articles are up-to-date and that important and current topics are available so our customers can self-inform around the clock.
- Your role as a Community Engagement Specialist contributes to realizing our vision bexio #Lovebrand.
- Lastly, you support the Head of Support in various projects and the team one day a week in daily operations - staying informed about what our customers need.
- You have successfully completed basic training and have further education in business administration / sales / marketing - a CAS in Customer Experience or similar would be desirable.
- You have at least 3-4 years of experience in customer service / support, preferably in a similar position.
- You enjoy customer interaction, embody customer-centricity, appreciate independent work, are highly proactive, full of ideas, and well-organized at all times.
- You have excellent communication skills - written and verbal in German and English, ideally also in French.
