- Work closely with, and support data scientists in bringing blue-print models to production by writing clean and maintainable Python code, leveraging frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.
- Spearhead the integration of pioneering neural network architectures into value-adding machine learning projects, fostering a culture of innovation within the team and continually pushing the boundaries of model performance and capability.
- Ensure proper model deployment and lifecycle on our Azure infrastructure, setting up and managing cloud resources as necessary to ensure scalability and robustness.
- Collaborate closely with both business stakeholders and experts on turbocharging to translate project requirements into value-adding machine learning solutions.
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role in a professional setting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience in SQL.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices including version control, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Within the Digital Division of Accelleron, we are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our newly formed AI team and contribute to the development of AI/ML-driven initiatives. As ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining cloud infrastructure to facilitate model training, deployment, and lifecycle management. Your duties will involve a combination of hands-on coding, infrastructure setup, and collaboration with data scientists to support the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions for use in our digital customer solutions and business services.
