Responsibilities:


  • You support sales teams and customers across all sales processes. Using your product and market knowledge you develop new business opportunities with existing or new customers
  • You determine customer needs through market analysis and define sales strategies for new customer segments and market channels with short and long term goals
  • Together with the specialists, you develop and implement efficient marketing campaigns. With your effective communication you demonstrate the added value of our products, systems and services
  • You support the sales organization and customers by advising on the most technically appropriate and cost effective solutions and ensure access to technical support and specialists.
  • You will negotiate sales budgets for the numerous product groups with internal stakeholders.
  • You lead the tendering office for the portfolio in your area of responsibility and evaluate and implement efficient tendering processes
  • You take responsibility for specific customer cases to efficiently clarify and analyze customer concerns
  • You internalize the core values of safety, integrity and customer focus and take responsibility for their implementation
Your background

  • Successfully completed training in electrical engineering
  • Professional experience in the Swiss energy industry
  • Profound knowledge in technical sales, SAP expertise an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French an advantage
  • Experience in business development and customer management
  • Experience with contract negotiation, risk management and with commercial and legal terms and conditions
  • Outstanding customer orientation, initiative and team play
