- Überwachung, Steuerung und Dokumentation der vertragskonformen Projektabwicklung für schiffbauliche Projekte
- Betreuung von Kunden und Lieferanten sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zur Konstruktion, Fertigung und zum Einkauf
- Überwachung des Budgets und Termineinhaltung der Projekte
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Aufträgen, Rechnungen, Lieferscheinen und Bestellungen
- Koordination und fristgerechte Erstellung sowie Nachverfolgung von Claims
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Claim-Management-Strategie sowie die dazugehörigen Prozesse
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Claim-Verhandlungen
- Erfolgreiche Durchsetzung von berechtigten Mehrforderungen gegenüber Vertragspartnern sowie Dokumentation von Nachforderungen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement und oder Claim Management wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch sowie fachbezogene Englischkenntnisse, mündlich und schriftlich
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
